Note: Your registration will not be complete until your roommate or roommates are also registered.
MEMBERSHIP: You must have paid member dues for the 2017–2018 guild year to attend this retreat.
PAYMENT: Register online below using your Paypal account or as a guest with your credit card. To mail in your registration, see Event Registration to download a mail-in registration form. Registration will also be available at the December meeting.
INCLUDES: Meals and gratuity, Thursday arrival includes dinner on Thursday, 3 meals each for Friday and Saturday, and Sunday breakfast and lunch. Friday arrival meals begin at evening meal and includes 3 on Saturday and breakfast and lunch on Sunday. Also includes: hotel room, sewing rooms and set-up fees, use of pool, lounges, trails, etc. Gate Fee: if you come on Thursday, there will not be a gate fee, but Friday and beyond the gatehouse will be staffed for a cost of $5.00 per vehicle. Your room key will allow admittance back into the park after you have checked in.
SEWING ROOMS: Will be open no earlier than noon on Thursday. Please allow us time to get the room properly set up. Assigned tables will ensure that you have a place to work.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations received before Dec. 15 will receive a full refund. Later cancellations will receive a refund for cost of meals only.
