Saturday Sew-In Days

Sew the day away with friends old and new. We have the guild’s ironing boards, cutting mats, rulers and power cords available for use. Bring a project to work on and anything else you need for a day of sewing!

The next Sew-in Day is scheduled for Jan 13 from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm at St. Mark’s United Methodist Church, 100 N St Rd 46, Bloomington, IN 47408.

Ginny Kopper will bring the donated orphan blocks for those interested to select and design a quilt!

Food: For this event, we do not provide lunch. You may bring your own food into the hall, plan to order delivery or head out to one of the many restaurants near there. If you are bringing in food, please no nuts or red/purple drinks.

Informal demo: Karen Levay will do a informal demo on FMQ on a domestic machine.

Cost: The cost is $5, which we need in cash or a check, payable that day. This money will be used as a thank you donation to St. Marks.

Members: Please feel free to invite a guest! If you are new to the guild, this is a great way to meet people. If you are unsure of what you are signing up for, come by that day just to visit and check it out. (You don’t have to pay any money to just stop by and socialize.)
