Raffle Quilt 2024-2025 QuILT Revealed

The 2024-25 Raffle Quilt was unveiled at the September meeting. This year’s raffle quilt features log cabin quilt blocks set on point. Log cabin quilts first came into print during the Civil War. The blocks are multi-colored Civil War reproduction prints with an olive green border. Sandra Warren made the colorful blocks, with logs finishing only 3/4” wide, and Jane Pitt added the border and beautifully quilted the quilt. It finishes at 86” x 86”.

Ticket prices are:

• 1 ticket for $1.00

• 6 tickets for $5.00

• 12 tickets for $10.00

• 24 tickets for $20.00.

Your may purchase tickets

• from any Bloomington Quilters Guild member,

• at the Bloomington Quilters Guild Show (Quilts from the Heartland) October 4-5 at the Monroe County Convention Center

• at the Indiana Heritage Quilt Show March 6-8, 2025 at the Monroe County Convention Center.

The drawing will be on June 3, 2025 at the guild meeting held at Congregation Beth Shalom.

Because of the laws pertaining to our raffle license, we are only allowed to accept cash and checks. Tickets will be available at the guild meetings or email your ticket request. You do not need to be at the drawing to win.

The sale of raffle quilt tickets is vitally important to our guild. Sales fund our speakers and programs and help to keep our dues low.
